Inazuma Eleven Ares Switch
Ares is set after the original first season of the anime, before branching off. I would recommend either watching that or playing the first Inazuma Eleven game if you're interested in knowing the story (though the anime is better imo), that should give you a good enough base, though there are some second season references but they're not crucial. Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin is a Sports game, developed and published by Level 5, scheduled to be released in Japan in 2018.

Today Level-5 released news about the upcoming new chapter of the series, dubbed Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin (which translates into “Balance of Ares”). Unfortunately, the game has been delayed into 2019, and more precisely we get a tentative release window of May next year. This isn’t yet finalized and could receive further adjustments depending on the evolution of the project. The delay was explained directly by an apologetic Level-5 boss Akihiro Hino, who sat down to explain what happened to cause just another delay for the project that was supposed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the franchise this year, and the Soccer World Cup this summer.
